Yes — and for most of Kate's clients, this is the preferred way to work. All sessions are delivered online, which means no driving, no waiting rooms, and no risk of running into someone you know. You can talk from your kitchen table, your car, or wherever feels private and safe.
For those who find that words come more easily when they're moving, Kate also offers walking and talking sessions outdoors. Sessions are built around your life, not the other way around.
Rural isolation is one of the biggest barriers to getting help — and Kate built her practice specifically around this. In small communities, everyone knows everyone. The idea of being seen falling apart at the school gates or the village shop is often enough to stop people from reaching out at all.
Kate's online sessions remove all of that. There's no travelling, no local visibility, and complete confidentiality. Whether you're in a farming community, a market town, or deep in the Shropshire countryside, distance is never a barrier to getting the support you deserve.
Kate Schenk is a specialist divorce and life transition coach based in Shropshire, working with clients across rural UK. Because all sessions are delivered online, she works with people throughout Shropshire, the wider Midlands, and beyond — including farming communities, market towns, and isolated rural areas where specialist support can otherwise feel impossible to find.
You can book a free, confidential discovery call to see if working together feels right — no pressure, no commitment.
Kate works with each person individually, at their own pace. Some people benefit from a focused short-term programme of 5 weeks around a specific challenge; others value ongoing support through the longer journey of separation and rebuilding through Kate's signature program of 6 months.
Everything starts with a free 30-minute discovery call, which gives you both the chance to understand where you are and what kind of support would be most useful. From there, a programme is shaped around your needs.
The first step is a free, 30-minute discovery call — a relaxed, confidential conversation with no pressure and no commitment. It's a chance for Kate to understand where you are, and for you to get a feel for whether this is the right fit. Many people find that just having this conversation is a relief in itself. You can book directly from this website.
